What
are generic drugs?
When a drug company first invents a drug (eg. Prozac) that company
is the only one allowed to make that drug for a certain number of
years (approximately 10 years in the US and 5-7 years in Canada).
After this time period, other companies are allowed to make the same
drug. These drugs are called generics. The original drug (eg. Prozac)
is called a brand name drug. Brand name drugs and their generics are
IDENTICAL in terms of active ingredients. The generic pills may look
different (because they are made by a different company) but inside
is exactly the same active ingredient which works in exactly the same
way. The only difference between brand name drugs and generic drugs
is that generics are always less expensive.
What
if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will order it from our
supplier. If the item is not available from the supplier we will contact
you and let you know.
Can
I order products that do not exist in your product list?
If you can not find medication in our list, please contact us or you can scan your prescription and send it via e-mail. We will check it from our suppliers, and then inform you within 3 business days.
Are
there any countries that you will not ship medications to?
No, we will ship the products that we offer to any destination requested
by the customer.
How
can I be sure that it is safe to pay online with my credit card?
Your credit card information is processed using SSL which stands
for Secure Socket Layer. This uses 128bit Encryption and can be
verified by observing the closed padlock icon which will appear
in the bottom right hand corner of your browser when you are on
our checkout page (the page where you are required to type in your
credit card details to finalize your order).
Any site requiring your credit card details without this icon appearing
is not secure and cannot be trusted.
How
soon after payment is received will my order be dispatched?
All orders are sent out within 48 hours. In reality most are dispatched
within 24hours. Orders taken on a Friday will not be shipped until
Monday morning.
How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
This will depend on the country of destination. As a guide however we have found that European destinations take approximately 7days after shipping and U.S. destinations around 9-12 days. All orders are sent by registered airmail requiring signature upon delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have from signature required since it is the only one evidence to track the parcels.
Is
there a limit on the quantity of medications that I can order?
Prescription medications will not be supplied in quantities greater
than a 90day supply per product based on the manufactures average
usage recommendations. There is also a minimum total order value
of $40.00.
How
will my order be packaged and what happens if the goods arrive damaged?
All orders are sent in well sealed heavy duty padded envelopes with
all contents supplied in the manufacturers’ original packaging.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged then simply return
the effected products to us and we will replace them by return at
no extra charge.
Can
anyone order medications from your company?
We will only supply medications to customers over 18 years of age,
for personal use only. The customer is also required to confirm
that he/she has read and understood our terms and conditions before
placing an order.
Does
your company offer medical advice to customers?
No, we do not give medical advice. None of the information provided
on this website is intended as medical advice.
We recommend that no-one should use medications of any description
without first seeking the advice of a qualified health care professional.
Why
are there no shipping charges on orders?
Shipping charges are included in product pricing. The price you see is the price you pay irrespective of the country of destination.
